The Problem
The cap on the forklift's light toggle switch has become damaged over time. As part of the safety service, it required replacement or repair to ensure safe operation.

A final 3D-printed cap that clearly identifies the light toggle while providing a seamless and aesthetically pleasing finish.

Engineering Notes
The tolerances of the printed part were precise enough that the cap could simply be pushed onto the damaged switch, where it securely clipped into place without the need for adhesive. However, to ensure long-term durability, applying glue was the preferred option.
